If a product fails due to defects in workmanship and/or materials, we will repair the goods free of charge, or replace at our discretion. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. Sensible repairs will be carried out on RAB products only for a reasonable charge (plus postage). After receiving payment, we endeavour to return products within six working days, however please allow extra time before busy holiday periods. All repairs are carried out using top quality material but we cannot guarantee that our repair service will be invisible.

We are sorry but anything returned to us for repair must be washed first - if the return is unclean, we will contact you first and let you know the charge for professional cleaning prior to repair.

 

Due to the high cost of postage for this service in counties outside the UK you may wish to use a specialist in your own country.
